First-Day Program for Our Preparatory Class Students Ahead of the 2026–2027 Academic Year

As Özel Eren Science and Technology High School, we held our first-day program for our preparatory class students and their parents ahead of the 2026–2027 academic year. Organized before the beginning of the new academic year, the program included various orientation, information, and introductory activities designed to support our students’ transition to campus life and their new educational environment.

Upon arriving on campus, our preparatory class students, accompanied by their parents, first completed the dormitory placement process. Following their arrival with their personal belongings and luggage, the necessary documentation and registration procedures were completed. After these processes, our students and parents gathered in the conference hall to continue with the program.

The first part of the day began with a Parent Information Meeting. The program was opened by our Educational Development Consultants, Biriz Kutoğlu and Fatma Yaşar. During the meeting, parents were informed about the academic processes their children will follow throughout their education, school life, dormitory routines, and practices related to the new academic year. Topics requiring attention during students’ transition to school and campus life were also discussed, and parents’ questions were addressed.

Following the parent information meeting, our students and parents had the opportunity to meet the school administration and teaching staff. During this session, our academic and administrative staff introduced themselves and their respective areas of responsibility, allowing students to become more familiar with the teachers and school team they will be working with throughout the new academic year.

The program continued with a campus tour for our preparatory class students. Accompanied by their teachers, students were introduced to classrooms, laboratories, the library, common areas, and other facilities they will use in their daily campus life. As they became familiar with different parts of the campus, our students also had the opportunity to interact with their classmates and take the first steps toward building new friendships.

The first-day program will continue with orientation activities designed to help our students become familiar not only with their educational environment but also with daily life on campus. Through activities to be held in the coming period, we will continue to support our students’ adaptation to their school, teachers, classmates, and campus routines.

With this program held ahead of the new academic year, our preparatory class students have taken their first steps into their educational journey and campus life at Eren Science and Technology High School.
